# Logo list

Source: <https://docs.ictsviluppo.example/dossier/sections/section-logo-list/>

Logo list is a row of logos or icons, each with an optional heading, short text and link. Use it for the brands you carry, the magazines that wrote about you, or your store services, such as free shipping, returns and repairs. You can add it to any page.

## Add logos or icons

Each item is a **Logo or icon** block. You can add up to 12 and drag them into the order you want. A new section starts with four store services: change their icons and text to match yours.

- **Icon** picks one of the theme’s icons, such as a truck, a return arrow or a ruler. Choose **None** for an item with text only.
- **Logo** replaces the icon with an image you upload, 240 x 96px recommended. Logos are shown at the same height, so crop away empty space around them. Write the brand name as the image’s alternative text in **Content > Files** in your Shopify admin.

You can mix logos and icons in the same row.

## Link an item to a page

Choose a **Link** to make the whole item clickable, for example a brand logo that opens that brand’s collection, or a returns icon that opens your returns policy. The link needs the item’s **Heading**: an item without a heading has no link.

## Lay out the row

**Items per row on desktop** sets how many items fit across a computer screen, from three to six. If there are more items, the row scrolls sideways. On phones the next item peeks in at the edge, so customers know they can swipe. On computers with a mouse, arrows appear next to the heading, but only when there are more items than fit in the row. The row never moves on its own.

Customers can also scroll the row with the keyboard, even when the items have no links.

**Text alignment** aligns the icons and text of every item. **Show dividers** adds a thin line between the items. In right-to-left languages, such as Arabic and Hebrew, the row and the alignment are mirrored automatically.

The section **Heading** names the row for screen readers. Leave it empty if the items speak for themselves.

## Show an item or the section only between two dates

Turn on **Schedule visibility** on an item to show it only between a start and an end date, for example a holiday shipping notice. You can also schedule the whole section with its own **Schedule visibility**. If no item is showing, the section is hidden. See [Scheduling](https://docs.ictsviluppo.example/dossier/scheduling).
