# Dossier user guide

Dossier is a Shopify theme for clothing stores with medium and large catalogs. This guide explains how to set it up in the theme editor: the settings that apply to the whole store, then every section with its settings and blocks.

## Start here

1. **[Theme settings](https://docs.ictsviluppo.example/dossier/theme-settings)**: logo, colors, fonts, main menu and product cards. Set them first: every section uses them.
2. **Header and footer**: the [Announcement bar](https://docs.ictsviluppo.example/dossier/sections/h-announcement-bar), the [Header](https://docs.ictsviluppo.example/dossier/sections/h-header) and the [Footer](https://docs.ictsviluppo.example/dossier/sections/f-footer) appear on every page.

## How a page is built

Each page of your store is a template made of sections, and many sections are made of blocks. In the theme editor, select a section in the sidebar to see its settings, add blocks to it, and drag sections and blocks to reorder them. The header, the footer and the drawers belong to section groups shared by every page: change them once and every page follows.

## Scheduled promotions
